Rebrand - Loving who you are.

Hi How are things? 🥴 How are you? 🤔 More importantly do you LIKE you? 🙄 Are you the best version of you? 🤓 Do you need a rebrand? 😇 Do you know yourself well enough to understand how the winter months will impact your happiness and your sadness? 😑 But here's the thing, we are all allowed to feel sad, feel down, feel emotional but how does that impact YOU and how does it manifest itself. 😤 Do you: • Go quiet? 🤫 • Get angry? 😡 • Over think things? 😶 • Shout? 🤬 • Purposefully pick arguments? 😵 • Look to criticise? 😖 • Shut down? 🤐 • Find yourself demotivated? 😞 • Lack self confidence? ☹️ If you can recognise some of these behaviours then you have to ask yourself is that how you want to be? Is it you at your best - if not what can you do to stop the spiral? That is where I can support you. As a life coach we can work on WHAT and HOW you want to be verses how you are. We can take small steps to really question the WHO and WHY that is you at this moment. Without blame , without judgement we can set small steps to get you loving who you are. Rebranding you to someone you want to be and others want to be around.🥰 By taking the time to think and understand what's going on we can bring the biological, physical and social elements together in harmony. The lack of sunshine..... 🌥️ The view of the same 4 walls..... 🏠 Continued uncertainty of lockdown.....🚦 Concerns around finance..... 💰 Health worries..... 😷 Disconnection and jealously from how social media displays lives..... 👿 The journey of experiencing a staycation rather than a get away holiday..... 🛫 Anxiety around children and parents..... 🤦 A growing apart of beliefs and views. 🌩️ The lack of a blueprint on how to manage all of the above during a pandemic can seem overwhelming and bring out a version of you that you don't recognise. 😱


A great insight to know if you are blind to your behaviours is to ask a few people who are currently in your life but from different social circles (work, friends, family) what 3 words would they use to describe you.


Give them a few days to send you their thoughts on as you don't want a knee jerk need to please answer.


During these few days capture what 3 words you would like to receive back.


When they arrive compare who said what and evaluate how close they are to what you wanted to hear.


Right there is your answer on your branding and if it needs some tweaking.

So I guess in summary here's the thing....


You don't need to accept how you feel as being the only option.


You don't have to work on this on your own.
