Anxiety Overload.


Hi,


How are you feeling today?


I am genuinely interested and I care because let's be honest it's still a bumpy ride. ✨🙏✨


I have stayed away for a few weeks so you had chance to get through as best you could between the end of one year and the beginning of the next.


But it's time to open the windows, brush the cobwebs out of our system and start building the best version of you for 2021. ✨🤗✨


So this blog is not for those around you it's just for YOU...


Sensor check time!!! ✨🤔✨


Find somewhere quiet to sit without interruption and let's do this ...


Deep Breathing.. 💨💨💨


Follow the next few points if you are able but don't leave yourself gasping for air and stop if you feel uncomfortable!


✔️Open palm (right/left) on your chest

✔️Breath in through the nose

✔️Count 1,2,3

✔️Out through the mouth

✔️Count 1,2,3


Feel your hand rise up and dip down as you expel the air and get that super oxygen in to those lungs and around the body 💨💨💨


Repeat 5 times and just tune in to how you are feeling and what you are thinking.


How did that feel? When was the last time you did that and really focused on tuning into your emotions? 🤔


Then I guess the natural thing to ask is; when was the last time you were in a position to open up and be transparent about how you were feeling without the filter being on?

(You know how it is. You tell your best friend / family about something someone did to upset you and THEY don't forget or forgive even when you have, which results in frosty moments at social gatherings 5 years later 😣)
