My passion to help people has been with me since I was young and the resilience I have had to display when facing into challenges has given me the platform to be the person I am today.

 

Many years ago I had to have major surgery and at the time I made the decision that this life event was going to be a positive one. How I reacted to it would unconsciously show my friends and family how to cope with the  challenges that life can throw at anyone.

 

Fast forward 10+ years and I have worked with men, woman and gender fluid clients within all age ranges.

 

I have supported  clients with change, mental health and communication skills. In fact everything that can overwhelm you from cradle to grave and many things to personal to disclose.

 

The ability to listen, have empathy  and not judge  whilst  displaying integrity is my super power !

 

I would love to work with you and help you be the best version you can be but to do that we need to connect and make sure that you like my style and approach and that I too feel I can add value and that you are ready for the journey ahead.
